CTL (CONTINUOUS TRAY LOADING) AUTOMATIC FEEDER
Automatic in-line feeder from SASIB FOOD & BEVERAGE MACHINERY to synchronize backlogged trays coming from a filling area with the wrapper flight .
Composed of an idle roller-storage conveyor and of a second timing conveyor, it varies its speed
according to the tray position with respect to the wrapper flight.

CCLC (COMPUTER CONTROLLED LIGHT CONTACT) AUTOMATIC FEEDER
Automatic, high speed in-line feeder to electronically synchronize the products with the wrapper chain.
It is usually the connecting part between a row removal system and a wrapper composed
of a conveyor driven by PLC controlled servomotors.

SHUTTLE FEEDER/HOPPER

-Drive: from the wrapping machine (mechanical).
Semi-automatic feeder composed of a series of st.st. vertical/inclined chutes,
side mounted on the wrapping machine conveyor, and of one or more pushing devices, to push
the right number of products from the chutes onto the wrapper infeed conveyor.
CARDBOARD SHEET FEEDER:
To cut and feed plain or corrugated cardboard, starting from a reel, composed of:
-Painted steel frame;
-Single or double reel holder;
-Cardboard pulling unit with pulling rollers;
-Rotating knife.
Usually positioned in line with the wrapping machine, it feeds the cut cardboard directly
onto the machine-infeed conveyor.
By using special shaped guides, it is possible to obtain different cardboard shapes.
